My goal is to get you back to work, sports, and life faster. My focus is to provide personalized care, empower you through education and help you achieve long-lasting results.
I committed to being at the forefront of delivering evidence-based
treatment and providing a holistic approach depending on each patient's needs.

Physiotherapy is the science based on the natural means used by the specialized health professional and accredited physiotherapist for therapeutic purposes.

Generally, physiotherapy is helpful for people, regardless of age, who experience pain or difficulties with movement and function which may have been caused by injury, poor posture and environmental factors. Physiotherapy can also contribute in the maintenance of a good physical condition of any person who is mentally and physically exhausted by the demanding rhythms of modern life and the lack of exercise.

The goal of a physiotherapist is to improve a person's quality of life by using a variety of treatments that relieve pain and restore function.

Physiotherapy treats illnesses or injuries that limit a person's ability to move and perform functional activities in daily life.

Physiotherapists use the patient’s history and conduct a physical examination to make a specialized diagnosis and develop a personalized rehabilitation program.

During the treatment period continual assessment in every session ensures that the treatment is optimised according to the patient’s progress. Additionally, an important therapeutic factor that contributes to the treatment outcome is the development of a healthy patient-therapist relationship which pertains that the physiotherapist devotes considerable time to the patient, has strong listening and communication skills, treats the patient with respect, provides clear explanations of the treatment and allows the patient to participate in decisions about his treatment.

The Physiotherapist’s Role

• Correct injury / illness assessment
• Educate the patient about his/her condition
• Develop a personalized Rehabilitation Plan
• Select the appropriate treatment
• Provide guidance for the appropriate methods of injury prevention

Physiotherapist's Goal

The main OBJECTIVE is the development, maintenance and restoration of lifelong, maximum motor and functional capacity, especially where movement and functionality are threatened by factors such as: various diseases, old age, chronic disease, injury and environmental factors.
